What are check-in and check-out times? Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM across all three homes. If you need flexibility on either end, just ask — we’ll do what we can to accommodate your travel schedule.
Are pets or children welcome? It varies by home. Our Idaho riverfront property isn’t suitable for children or infants given the riverside setting, while our Ohio and Arizona homes are family-friendly. Reach out and we’ll help match you to the right fit for your group.
Is parking available? Free on-site parking is available at both our Arizona and Ohio homes. Our Idaho home has limited driveway parking and cannot accommodate RVs, so plan accordingly if you’re driving in with larger vehicles.
What’s the cancellation policy? Policy details are confirmed at the time of booking — since you’re booking directly with us, we’re able to talk through specifics and find a solution that works, rather than pointing you to a rigid platform policy.
Can I get a custom rate for a large group or special event? Yes — weddings, reunions, and milestone celebrations are exactly what these homes are built for. Reach out directly and we’ll put together a rate based on your group size and dates.
Are the homes really stocked the way the listings say? Genuinely, yes. Fully stocked, designer-furnished kitchens, quality cookware, and thoughtful extras — Smart TVs, board games, record players — are standard across every home, not a marketing line. We stock these homes the way we’d want them stocked for our own family.
